The sale is authorized to adults only and are authorized to use a payment card or a Paypal account.

Shipping: After sending the package with tracking number and delivery against signature, Séverine Piret is no longer responsible for the potential loss or deterioration of the package during transport. The reception times are provided for information only but are not contractual.

 

My workshop is located in France; I am not responsible for any import charges, customs fees, regulations and exchange rates in your country.

GUARANTEES: I only use high quality materials. I guarantee the quality of all dolls that come out of my workshop. The buyer knows that each doll is unique, handmade, and that minor imperfections are possible. This does not affect the sales contract and the sale will not be cancelled.

PAYMENT: I accept payment by Paypal. I accept a payment plan, please contact me by email to choose the duration of the payments. After agreement of the buyer and the seller, a first deposit will be requested, the following will be sent to you by invoice with paypal on the dates agreed together.

REIMBURSEMENTS: As an independent artist, my income depends on the sale of my works. Therefore, I do not accept refunds. Be sure to look at all the pictures sufficiently before buying. ​

Defaults

All my dolls are created by hand and may have minor flaws. Séverine Piret may accept a return of the product for a quality defect that was not observed at the workshop. Photos of the defects observed must be provided beforehand, and the buyer must proceed with the return after the seller's agreement, for a repair or a slight modification, each party will be responsible for its return costs.
